Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Please note that processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Please see our Processing and Convention page for a better understanding of processing time!
Shipping Methods
- We offer the following shipping methods:
- Economy Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after shipment.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship to the US. In the future, we may ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these additional charges.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online.
Delivery Time
- Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within the USA or Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
