If I place two orders separately that add up to $79+, do I still qualify for free shipping?

Sorry, no. Free shipping only applies to each order of $79+ -- unfortunately, I cannot give free shipping on combined orders. If you wish to have them all shipped together, you can return to place the order later when this item is in stock and qualify for free shipping.

What if there are shipping delays?

Unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, global events, illness, etc.) may affect when you receive your bags. Delays will be communicated to you via the email you placed this order with, as well as social media and this listing.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your preorder, you may do so at any time before items are shipped to you, minus a 5% processing fee. If you want to cancel after items are shipped, you have 7 days upon receipt of the package to ship it back to me per our returns policy.

Will I be charged right away for my preorder?

Yes, this is to reserve your bag and ensure preorders are for customers intending to purchase.
